Can you Help to Support the Museum's Work?

Support the work of the Museum

Museum staff, collections care experts and volunteers carry out all of the work on maintaining the grounds and buildings, conserving and displaying the collections and making them available to all New Zealanders.

Okains Bay Museum applies for contestible grants in order to obtain necessary operational funding. Ticket and shop sales and donations also provide much-needed revenue.

  • Below, choose the type of work and/or supplies you would like to fund. Add your name and email address so we can send your receipt.
  • Once submitted, you will receive bank details on screen and a copy of your submission will be sent to you via email.

Alternatively, you can make a donation on our Givealittle page.

Givealittle is an online fundraising service that is owned and operated by Perpetual Guardian Givealittle Trust. 5% of all donations are deducted as their service fee.
